By using our website or placing an order in person, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

You are responsible for ensuring that any photos you upload are your own or that you have full permission to use them.
By submitting images, you grant us permission to use them solely for producing your custom magnets.
We will never use or share your photos for marketing or any other purpose without your written consent/opt in (via our upload form)

Order details must be submitted correctly at the time of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for errors in the information you provide.
Payment must be completed at checkout through our secure payment provider before production begins.
Pricing is listed in NZD and includes GST where applicable.

Production times vary depending on order volume but typically range from 2-5 business days.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary based on courier delays or external factors beyond our control.
Once your order has been shipped, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the courier. We are not liable for losses or delays caused by third-party carriers, though we will assist where possible.

Due to screen differences and printing processes, final colours may vary slightly from how they appear on your device.
All magnets are handmade and may include minor variations consistent with handmade production standards.

Because products are custom-made, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. However we are contactable for any concerns and discussions via email at [email protected].
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days with a photo of the issue so we can replace or resolve the problem.
Replacements are offered for manufacturing errors only, not for issues caused by low-resolution or poor-quality images provided by the customer.

All branding, templates, designs, and website content remain the property of our business.
Your uploaded photos remain your property; we do not claim ownership of customer images.

All personal information and photos are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Photos are deleted after printing, and personal data is not shared with third parties except where necessary to fulfil your order (e.g., courier services).

Website content is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free browsing.
You agree not to misuse the website, engage in fraudulent activity, or attempt to interfere with website functionality.

We are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay arising from the use of our site or services, except where required by New Zealand consumer law.
