Shipping and delivery

As a 'solopreneur' (who juggles a few enterprises) I work hard to make sure your custom photo magnets are created with care and delivered to you as quickly as possible.

Below is everything you need to know about production times, shipping, and our optional fast-track service.

1. Production Time (Order Creation)

  • All magnets are custom-made to order.
  • Standard production time is 2–5 business days. Depending on workload at the time of purchase.
  • Production time begins within 8 hours of your order being placed and images have been received and payment has been confirmed (during business working hours).

Fast Track / Skip the Queue (Optional Upgrade)

  • Need your magnets sooner? Last minute gift idea or unexpected life event occured?
  • Our Fast Track service moves your order to the front of the production queue.
  • Fast Track orders are created in 1–2 business days, depending on workload at the time of purchase.
  • This service is available for an additional fee at checkout.
  • Fast Track shortens production time — shipping time remains the same.

2. Shipping Timeframes

Once your order has been created and packaged:

  • Standard Shipping:
    Estimated delivery time is 
    3–5 business days within New Zealand.
  • Rural delivery addresses may take slightly longer depending on courier services in your area.
  • We currently ship using trusted courier partners. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather events, or peak holiday seasons.

3. Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email (or message) with tracking details.
  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are added at checkout based on your location.
  • Fast Track production is a separate optional fee and includes shipping, just ensure you check the correct location (urban/rural).

5. Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist in following up with the courier and organising a replacement if required.

6. International Shipping

At this stage we are unable to ship to overseas countries - however we are happy to create your gift and send to you - and you can forward to wherever the gift may need to go!
