Returns and refunds

Because our products are made specially for you using your personal photos, we follow the guidelines below for returns, refunds, and replacements.

1. Custom Orders – No Change-of-Mind Returns

  • All magnets are custom-made using the images you provide.
  • All magnets are handmade and may include minor variations consistent with handmade production standards.
  • For this reason, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
    • Change of mind
    • Incorrect image selection
    • Dissatisfaction with images supplied by the customer (e.g., blurry or low-resolution photos)

2. If There Is a Problem With Your Order

We want you to be happy with your magnets. If there is an issue caused by us, we will make it right.

We offer a free replacement if:

  • The magnets are faulty
  • The product received is incorrect compared to what you ordered

To request a replacement:

  1. Contact us within 5 working days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
  3. Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement as soon as possible.

3. Quality of Images Provided by Customers

  • We print the image exactly as supplied.
  • We cannot offer refunds or replacements for issues caused by:
    • Low-resolution or blurry images
    • Incorrect cropping in the uploaded file
    • Poor lighting or colour variations in the original photo

If you’re unsure about image quality, feel free to send us the photo before ordering — we’re happy to check!

4. Colour & Print Variation

  • Due to differences in screens, devices, and printing processes, colours may vary slightly.
  • This is normal for printed products and not considered a fault.

5. Lost or Delayed Parcels

  • Once your order has been shipped, delivery becomes the responsibility of the courier.
  • If your parcel is delayed or missing, we will help follow up with the courier, but we are not responsible for courier delays outside our control.
  • If the courier confirms the parcel is lost, a replacement may be arranged.

6. Cancellations

  • Because production begins quickly, orders can only be cancelled before production starts - Please make contact AS SOON AS POSSIBLE (within 1 hour of purchase )
  • If production has already begun, cancellations are not possible.
